Property Technician, Helsingborg

Soreto Services is a comprehensive partner when it comes to renovations, new installations, facilities, and properties. Soreto is fully responsible for project planning, consultation, and installation, and our own workshop provides everything from repairs to equipment delivery. About the position

As a Property Technician, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repairs of our clients' properties. The role combines independent work with close collaboration in a team, where you ensure high quality and good service in every assignment. With us, you will experience a varied workday where problem-solving, customer contact, and technical tasks go hand in hand.

Soreto has extensive experience in service and maintenance assignments within properties. Our assignments require broad technical understanding and versatile skills in several areas. As we grow, we are expanding our operations within property-related services such as operation, maintenance, property management, service tasks, and renovations.

Main tasks

• Planning and execution of service work

• Troubleshooting and repair of technical systems (electricity, plumbing, ventilation, etc.)

• Patrolling and supervision of property and fuel facilities

• Customer contact and documentation of completed work in our digital systems

Profile

We are looking for someone who is responsible, driven, loyal, and structured, with a technical interest and an eye for detail. You thrive in a varied workday and switch seamlessly between different tasks. You have a good ability to work both independently and in a team. As a person, you are solution-oriented and have a genuine interest in delivering high quality to our customers.

Experience and qualifications

• Experience in service, technology, and property operation/management

• Relevant education in, for example, plumbing, electrical engineering, control technology, or similar

• Ability to work service-oriented, structured, and solution-oriented

• Driver's license B required; BE, lift certificate, electrical authorization, SPT certification, and Hot Work certification are advantageous

• Computer skills and ability to work in digital systems
